Publisher description for Domain Name Grabber
Have you ever had a great idea for a business or a web site, and by the time you checked, the domain name you wanted had been taken the day before? Now, with the flick of your wrist*, you can research your idea and register your domain name as soon as it pops into your head. Even if this has never happened to you, the Domain Name Grabber is a fast, fun and easy way to research and register internet domain names. Once you download and install the Domain Name Grabber Widget, you'll be able to access it by activating Dashboard, a feature of Mac OS X, introduced in version 10.4 Tiger. Simply type the domain you want into the text field, select the extension you prefer, and click "GO!". Your default web browser will open and display the availability of the domain you want. If it's already taken, you can backorder the name, look up the current domain registrant in the WHOIS database, or choose from a list of similar available domain names.
